Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering on Olivego. These general Terms and Conditions govern your use of Olivego Online Market and its services operated by Olivego, including any purchases made on Olivego Online Market.

(1) Account registration

1.1 Age Requirement: Users under 18 years are prohibited from using our website. By registering on Olivego, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing our website under parental supervision.

1.2 Account Responsibility: You must register and log in to Olivego before placing an order. Ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

1.3 Confidentiality: Your registration information, including User ID, Password, Email Address, or Phone Number, will be kept confidential.

1.4 Password Security: Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities and orders made under your password.

1.5 Account Suspension: Olivego may suspend or cancel your account at its discretion for breach of these Terms and Conditions or any dishonest use.

1.6 Account Deletion: Contact us immediately if you wish to delete or cancel your account.

(2) Electronic Communications

2.1 Communication Method: You agree to be communicated by email or through notices on the Site. All electronic communications provided to you satisfy legal writing requirements.

2.2 Promotional Emails: During the registration process, you agree to receive promotional emails. You can opt-out by clicking the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

(3) Terms and Conditions of Sale

3.1 Online Marketplace: Olivego is an online marketplace connecting sellers and buyers.

3.2 Olivego's Role: Olivego accepts binding sales on behalf of sellers but is not a party to the selling and buying agreement.

3.3 Product Unavailability: If a seller cannot supply a product, Olivego will inform the buyer, and any payment for the unavailable product will be returned.

(4) Taxes

4.1 You are responsible for payment of all fees, costs, and charges associated with the purchase of products. Agree to bear any applicable taxes as per prevailing law.

(5)Delivery and Payment

5.1 Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the specific address mentioned in the complete order form.

5.2 Delivery Process: We will deliver orders to the front door of the specified delivery address. If needed, delivery may extend to the floor in an apartment or inside your home under your supervision.

5.3 Delivery Safety: Delivery personnel may refuse entry into a home if they feel unsafe. We reserve the right to hand over products at the front door.

5.4 Delivery Charges: Charges will be calculated by weight or product size. Buyers are responsible for payment. No hidden charges will be added unless you change the delivery destination.

5.5 Payment Methods: Payment is available via Visa Card, Master Card, Credit Card, Mobile Banking, Mobile Payment, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Refer to the Payment Info page for more details.

(6)Return & Refund

6.1 Return Policy: Returns or refunds may be accepted within 7 days of delivery under certain circumstances. Products can be returned fully or partially at the time of delivery if unsatisfied with product quality. Delivery fees will be charged for returns due to buyer's change of mind.

6.2 Refund Policy: Refund available within 7 days for all payment methods.

(7)Intellectual property

7.1 Ownership: The contents of the Website are the sole property of Olivego. Copying or using for commercial purposes without Olivego's consent is prohibited.

7.2 Trademark Usage: Use of Olivego trademarks, graphics, logos, and other proprietary content requires Olivego's consent.

7.3 Third-party Trademarks: All other trademarks on the site belong to respective owners, not affiliated with or sponsored by Olivego.

(8)Data Privacy

8.1 Data Processing: Buyers and sellers agree to process their data as per Olivego's Privacy and Cookie Notice. Olivego takes reasonable measures to secure personal data. Olivego shall take reasonable safeguards (physical, technological and organizational) to secure against unauthorized access to your personally data and to safely store your personal data. But, If Misuse of buyers' personal data by sellers, sellers shall be responsible to this matter and Olivego shall not take any responsibilities the misuse of sellers upon buyer's personal data.

(9)Buyer Protection

9.1 Buyer Protection Program: Olivego's "Buyer Protection Program" helps buyers safeguard their purchases against fraudulent sellers. Buyers can file a complaint with Olivego for issues like non-receipt, incorrect quantity, poor quality, or unauthorized additional charges. Olivego will investigate and, if fraud is determined, may ban the seller from the platform.

(10)Third-party Content

10.1 Olivego may include third party content including advertising, sponsorship or customer reviews or links to third party content. We are not responsible for making sure that the third party content complies with relevant laws and regulations and will not be responsible for any fault or uncertainty in the third party content.

(11)Third-party Rights

The exercise of the parties' rights under these terms is not subject to the consent of any third party. The contract is for the benefit of Olivego and the user.

(12)Amendments

Olivego reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your use of the website or placing an order subjects you to the current Terms and Conditions. If any condition is considered unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

(13)Breaches of These General Terms and Conditions

If you breach these terms, or if Olivego reasonably suspects a breach, Olivego may:

  • Temporarily suspend or permanently prohibit your access to the marketplace.
  • Block your access through your IP address.
  • Contact your internet service providers to block access.
  • Suspend or delete your account.
  • Commence legal action against you.

(14) Service Provider Terms & Condition

(A) What We Support

Olivego's service providers offer various services, including electrical products, construction materials, kitchenware products and appliances, solar products and accessories, installation and services

(B) Benefits For Service Providers

  • Priority consideration based on customer feedback.
  • Olivego considers all requested information and maintains a good relationship.

(C) Commitments Made by Olivego Company

  • The company will not terminate contracts without any service provider error.
  • Priority is given to subsequent assignments in case of customer cancellations.
  • No reduction in agreed benefits without valid reasons.

(D) Payment system

  • Service providers receive fees directly from service users.
  • Payment is made only after completion of the service and inspection by Olivego officials.

(E) Work time and shift

  • Service providers must provide start and completion dates.
  • A 5-hour, one-day, or one-week prior notice is required for postponements.
  • Termination may occur after three or more delays.

(F) Pricing and Extension Services

Service providers must notify Olivego 7 days in advance of any price changes. Olivego will not accept price changes exceeding the market price. We will take 3 working business days to update the price. If customers make a purchase before the update, suppliers are required to provide Olivego at the same price as before.

Notice is required for adding or changing services.

(G) Terms and conditions to be followed

  • Service providers must not share information without Olivego's permission.
  • Once the job is accepted, it cannot be transferred to third-party organizations.

(H) Service Guarantees

The service provider offers free warranty for damages not caused by natural disasters or customer misuse.
