Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
OliveGo Home Improvement reserves the right to not receive returns or refunds of the products after the order has been confirmed by you. But we will allow the return or exchange within 3 days of delivery for some products if the products are in the condition of original features and not opened package or lose price tag or used. We will not accept any return or exchange post the period of 3 days from the day of delivery.
Refunds
We refund in cash within 7 days of receiving the product and within 5 days for bank transfers. But for visas, master cards or credit cards will be as per bank procedure.
